Had my wedding bouquet preserved several years ago as a gift from some loved ones. The process is long but she still looks gorgeous after 4 years

First of all, the were not compassionate at all about what they were dealing with. I took flowers from my fatherβs funeral. They were extremely rude on the phone when I tried to call to make an appointment. They told me it would only take 6-9 months to come in, and it took well over a year. They sent me an email with pictures to see if everything was made correctly that would not open, which wouldnβt even have mattered because they throw the flowers away. When I tried to email them back, they never replied. When I told them this at the pickup day the lady said βwell did you even hit sendβ in an extremely condescending tone. Mine was also made incorrectly. I brought in one single flower from the casket and it wasnβt even put into the dome. They wouldnβt have even been able to fix or remake it because they throw away the unused flowers. So, my flowers from my dadβs casket, I didn't even get back nor was it even put into my dome. On top of all of that, all the money i spent, the domes themselves are not even glass, they are plastic. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Not worth it... Waited over 1 year for my items. Lack of engagement from the people there. They are quick to take your order and money but extremely archaically slow to deliver and respond on top of being rude and making you feel like you're a nuisance. For a long time I thought I had been con'd. When they finally delivered the product material appears to be cheap and the thoughtlessly thrown together. Based on their reviews it seems they used to be good but not anymore...

This was my second visit in the last 3 - 4 years. Both times, I ordered a large glass box to display flowers from funeral arrangements. As always, friendly, well-informed staff made the process easier. Staff let me and a family member know all about the products available and options in regards to the flowers we brought in. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to preserve flowers or have them made into a memory item.

We brought flowers here from the memorial service for our little girl when we lost one of our triplets. The staff was wonderful and kind and helped me select flowers that would work well. Though the wait was long, it was worth it for the beautiful memories: a necklace for myself and my daughter, and tie bars for my husband and son, all engraved with her initials. A meaningful and lifetime tribute and we couldnβt be more pleased.
